Our pricing is governed by our pricing policy, and we reserve the right to determine prices at our sole discretion.
The price of our product includes the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST amount applied to your order will be based on the destination where the order is to be shipped. The tax rate will be the combined tax rate, taking into account both state and local tax rates at the shipping address. Additionally, we reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges, if applicable.
When using any of the payment options provided by us, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that may occur to you. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s, (b) exceeding the pre-set limit agreed upon between you and your "Bank/s", (c) issues arising from the transaction, or (d) transaction decline for any other reasons.
All payments made for purchases/services on altairehomes.in are to be made against the displayed Maximum Retail Price (MRP) on the website. The payment process will adhere to the terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as approved by RASA Jaipur and applicable to your transaction.
Prior to shipping your order, we may request you to provide supporting documents, such as Government-issued ID and address proof, to verify the ownership of the payment instrument used for the purchase. This measure is taken to ensure a secure and reliable online shopping experience for all our users.
Altaire Homes may use third-party facilities for website payments, including electronic and Cash on Delivery transactions, at its discretion. The use of these services will be subject to the respective third-party's terms and policies.
We aim to but do not guarantee delivery of products within 7-10 business days from the sale's closing, depending on the shipping location and external factors like courier delays or transport strikes. We may deliver goods in instalments, but each delivery will be treated as a separate contract. If you fail to take delivery, we may charge you for additional shipping costs. We provide insurance for purchases during transit until they reach your specified delivery address. A signature is required upon delivery, signifying the transfer of responsibility to you. Delivery times are estimated and start from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery agencies or statutory clearances.
If we cannot deliver a confirmed order due to unavailability, product quality issues, or inaccuracies in product/pricing information, no damages or compensation will be provided. In such cases, payments made through credit/debit cards will be refunded. No refunds apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

We are not liable for any credit/debit card or payment details fraud. You are responsible for any fraudulent use, and you must prove otherwise if challenged.
We monitor accounts to prevent fraud, and users found engaging in fraudulent activities may face legal actions, including cost recovery, collection charges, and legal fees. In case of fraudulent or declined transactions, we may delete the account and cancel pending orders without liability. Each of our products is individually handcrafted, involving various processes like hand dyeing, hand block printing, hand embroidery, and more. Every item is infused with thought and care, making them unique and distinctive from one another. The slight variations in each piece add to their charm, making them special as no two pieces are identical.
We will not be able to process a cancellation once the order has been placed. Online store credit may be provided against the cancellation at our sole discretion. If you wish to cancel a purchase, please write to us at support@altairehomes.com, our whatsapp us on +91 8000844857 between 11 am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase to facilitate the cancellation process.
Please be aware that there may be instances where we are unable to accept certain orders and must cancel them. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or product quality defects. We may also request further verification or information before accepting an order. In case your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the charged amount will be refunded to your Card Account. We will promptly inform you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to process your order.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter.
The Company may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your prior express consent.
If you breach this Agreement and we do not take immediate action, we still retain the right to use our rights and remedies in other situations of breach.
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. If deemed necessary, the Company may terminate your passwords or accounts immediately in case of unacceptable conduct or breach of this Agreement by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement that impose continuing obligations on a party will survive the termination of this Agreement.
In case of any dispute between you and the Company related to the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, the matter shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator. The Arbitrator, an independent and neutral third party chosen by the Company, will conduct the arbitration proceedings in Jaipur. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and conducted in the English language.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
